No complaints at all, the accommodation here is fantastic and the setting is really nice. It's close to a lively area with lots of bars and it’s also convenient for getting to the center of town. You'll find plenty of delicious food around here, too! 🍽️.

Got triple room with a view of the pope residence when arrived, enjoyed that. The hotel was in a comfortable position right by all center, the main sights of Rome and the very centre of things...
Nothing, all was good.

We enjoyed rooms on the balcony. Could use a little refrigerator, a storage space, and coffee.

Even though the space is not large, the owners have done a great job adding artistic touches to make the apartment special, including the architectural ceiling/walls, bookshelves with an interesting selection, and art on the walls.
The front door is barely locked. Even though there is a lock and we were provide with keys for it, we were also told to just latch it, and not actually lock it with the key. I understand that this is because if locked, the door cannot be opened from the inside without a key, but it seems to me like a safely issue. If the owner is concerned about fire safety, they should change the lock to have a knob inside that would low for the door to be unlocked from the inside of the apartment without a key.

Great location very clost to the Vatican. The B&B was very clean and we had our own bathroom downt the hall.
The B&B was clean, but the hallway/bathroom had a strange kitty litterbox smell. Our room didn't smell bad at all. Also, be prepared for the 4 flights of stairs that can get old after a while!

The location was excellent, the host was friendly and helpful. And very flexible to suit our arrival time. The room was very tidy and clean. I liked the travel books available in the St Peters room. I appreciated the air con. It was like a bedroom away from home.
I knew about the stairs from previous reviews, but I still didn't like it. I also think that there should be two sets of keys if there are two guests in the same room. There are three rooms in total, but only 1 with ensuite. I thought it was 2 with ensuite and 1 with external private bathroom. I had changed rooms at the last minute, but before I did, it was confirmed to me that my room had ensuite bathroom, but if I hadnt changed my room at the last minute, I would have had an external bathroom as it turns out.The rooms themselves have virtually no sound proofing, and there were no signs to request that guests keep quiet at night. Two nights, I was woken up by other guests coming back and were loud for a while at 1.30am until they decided to sleep, the walls are thin so you hear every shriek of laughter and stomping when they walk down the hallway or around. Check out time is at 10am, I informed the host that I would checked out at 10, but in the morning was made to feel that I had to rush out because the guests after me had arrived already. The host had promised them the room would be ready at 10.30 when check in time is 12. I would recommend the b&b because it's clean and the location is good, but not highly recommend it because for the price paid there are enough draw backs to put me off.

brand-new room, we had a double room, with an air conditioning, a storage space and coffee. the location of the hotel was absolutely fabulous - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a large plaza.
The bathroom was extremely small.

The location here is perfect for exploring the Coliseum area, and there's a great buffet dinner spot at Bellagio nearby.

It was a wonderful, although short, visit, just an escape from the mountains to see Rome. It was really worth the visit. The place is cozy and well kept and so handy for moving in town. Serena and Bon are kind and full of useful hints and advices. We also benefitted of a really good price, so we were additionally happy...
Everything was OK, but the staircase I would say, especially after a long walk in town, but the view of the cupole of S. Peter's might be a more than sufficient reward!

I enjoyed many things. The two things I loved about this B&B is the perfect location next to the Vatican and the price. My friend and I were so impressed and thankful for the helpful staff.
It was on the top floor and I had heavy bags, hahaha but thats my fault for packing too much :)

The room was very comfortable and clean with a good size
the location which seems for the non-local a good one is not so good and the transport from the B&B to tourist places besides the Vatican is difficult
